If you have a comment, feedback or a complaint about any aspect of our work, you can contact Freda Manweiler, Company Manager by email or telephone as outlined below:
In the first instance, your comment will be dealt with by Freda Manweiler, Company Manager. Please give as much information as possible and let us know how you would like us to respond, providing relevant contact details. If you give feedback in person or over the phone, we try to resolve the issue there and then. If you give feedback by email or in writing we will try to acknowledge this within 14 days, and do everything to resolve it within 21 days. If this is not possible, we will explain why and provide a new deadline.
If you are not happy with our response, you may get in touch again by writing to the Director, who will ensure your appeal is considered at Board level and will respond within four weeks of this consideration by Board members. This complaints procedure does not apply to Smashing Times Theatre Company’s staff or agents.
